  • Vimly is a cloud-based solution optimized for performance in Chrome browsers. While Vimly strives for certified performance in Chrome, we do not guarantee the same level of performance in Safari or Firefox. Additionally, please note that Vimly is not supported in Internet Explorer.
  • Upon purchasing Vimly, your account will be promptly set up. To access your account, simply log in using the email address you used during the sign-up process. At the point of sale, you'll have the opportunity to create a unique password for your Vimly account.
  • Should you ever need to reset your password, you can easily do so directly on the login screen at any time. We value your convenience and strive to provide a seamless user experience with Vimly.

Channels inside of Inbox are all the communications platforms that you may be using with clients such as business social media profiles or email accounts. Each account added is considered a separate channel inside of Command Center.

All Business Center and/or Marketing Center subscriptions will include an additional $9 per month Service & Support fee covering unlimited, 24/7 support, service, and ongoing training.

The time required for setting up Vimly can vary depending on the specific features and reasons for your purchase. Some functionalities may necessitate a longer investment of time during the onboarding process compared to others. Our onboarding journey is designed to assist you in getting started, with each call typically lasting around an hour. However, the duration may vary based on your availability and level of commitment to the setup process. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring that you receive the support and guidance needed to effectively utilize Vimly for your business needs.
All paid Vimly subscription levels will be assigned a dedicated Vimly Service Specialist to provide personalized support and guidance. For users with free Command Center accounts, support is available via email and our online community.
You can connect with us directly within Vimly by clicking on the orange circle located at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. This will open our Support interface, allowing you to email or chat with us directly for assistance.
Certainly, it is against our company policy to provide login credentials or direct access to your Business Advisor. Our Vimly Service Specialists are available to assist you with onboarding and activating your Vimly features. We believe that the most effective way to learn is by being in control of your account, while our Business Advisors or Vimly Service Specialists guide you through hands-on learning experiences.
To access Vimly on your mobile device, simply go to Google Play or the Apple Store and search for "Vimly." Download the app for free, and login using the same credentials you use on your desktop. Ensure that you enable notifications so you can receive instant alerts for appointment bookings, payments, reviews, and other important updates.

Yes, you can upgrade your package anytime inside Vimly. Go to settings -> Account and select package level requested. You can also purchase add-ons through this upgrade process.
Don’t worry, we will prorate the difference during the subscription terms.
If you choose to cancel Vimly any time after your initial contract term, your Vimly will be taken down, including any features associated such as your website. If you change your mind within 60 business days, we can reactivate your existing Vimly and you will not lose any of your content or data.
There are five main category restrictions for Vimly: Pharmaceutical Companies, Marijuana-related businesses (CBD-related businesses are permitted, with limited features), Adult Services (escorts, and overtly sexually-oriented businesses), Dangerous product businesses (includes guns/weapons, explosives/ fireworks, tobacco/vape products, and drugs/drug paraphernalia). However, there may also be restrictions within other categories to elements of Vimly, such as social or text marketing.
